On Monday, November 9, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R. 2347, re: IRS Code to exclude from gross income any damages other than punitive damages received on account of any sexual acts or sexual conduct.
At 5:30pm on Monday, November 9, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 2347.
