At 11am, the Senate will proceed to three (3) roll call votes on the following:
1. Passage of HJ Res.24, Energy Conservation Standards for Walk-In Coolers and Walk-In Freezers.
2. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #46 Dean Sauer to be Solicitor General of the United States.
3. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #53 Mehmet Oz to be Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
At 2:30pm, up to five (5) roll call votes expected:
1. Motion to discharge SJ Res 33, providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to Israel of certain defense articles and services
2. Motion to discharge SJ Res 26, providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to Israel of certain defense articles and services
